Average first response time NUITEQ Customer Support January 2014

In January we had a 100% customer satisfaction rating on our online Customer Support Help Desk.

Below you can find the average first response time stats for our Customer Support in January 2014. This includes weekends and holidays.

In 71% of the cases we sent a first reply between 0 - 1 hr.

In 14% of the cases we sent a first reply between 1 - 8 hr.

In 7% of the cases we sent a first reply between 8 - 24 hr.

In 7% of the cases we sent a first reply in 24+ hr.
