Below you find a video of Sharath, explaining the interaction recorder hackday project he created based on the Snowflake Suite multitouch software platform.
Interaction Recorder is a tool for designing interactive demos on how to use a touch system.
It records the touch events and has facilities to add popup notes in between the demo frames.
Once the recording session is done, the stored sequence of touch events can be played back as a demo in loop.
A solution like this could be used by system admins to create automated help demos, which can run as a screen when the system is not interacted with or could also be called by the user explicity. This tool could be targeted at system admins and deployers.
