I feel delighted and extremely lucky to have the privilege to celebrate NUITEQ’s 10 year anniversary together with our amazing team. This team has worked so hard and stood together with me, with so much dedication, during all this time. It is truly humbling.

I want to thank our partners, customers, fans, employees, advisors, board members, investors and everyone else that has helped us on this journey to make this possible.

Back in 2006, I was one of the first people in the world that had engineered a multi-user multitouch display prototype, while I was studying Communication, Multimedia & Design. This was before Apple had launched their iPhone and googling the word “multitouch” returned literally a handful of search results. I was invited by the Luleå Technical University (LTU) in Skellefteå to come to Sweden and work on my graduation project together with several LTU students. The graduation project was focused on multitouch technology. During the project, on the 4th of June 2007, we co-founded NUITEQ, due to global commercial interest for our technology in combination with our passion to improve the way humans interact with computers.

Fast forward 10 years and NUITEQ is a venture capital backed software pioneer in the space of collaborative touchscreen solutions. We have offices in Sweden, India, Brazil, US and Canada and we have users in over 70 countries around the world. We are appreciative to have worked with many Fortune 100 companies as our customers and today we are so glad to be able to work on our vision of making teaching and learning more fun, engaging and memorable.

There are so many people out there I’m thankful for, but there is one person in specific that I want to thank from the bottom of my heart and that is our CTO Johan Larsson. Without him NUITEQ would not be where it is today.

I finish off with two of my favourite quotes that I feel, define our team at NUITEQ.

The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.” - Steve Jobs

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” - Margaret Mead

Thank you!
