NUITEQ acquired by US based EdTech leader Clear Touch
Skellefteå, Sweden, Greenville, South Carolina, USA - 31 January, 2023 - NUITEQ, a collaborative software company that enables educational institutions, teams, businesses and government organisations to add value through brilliant human interaction, announces that it has been acquired by its US based partner Clear Touch.
Clear Touch is an US based Education Technology (EdTech) leader that has been disrupting education by creating and delivering innovative and engaging classroom technologies to school districts across North America.
Clear Touch’s interactive display technology is typically used in classrooms and other educational settings. Their displays come accompanied with software and tools for annotation, collaboration, and other interactive features. Their screens can be used for a variety of purposes, such as presentations, collaboration, and group work. They are designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, with features such as multi-touch support and the ability to annotate and highlight content on the screen.
The acquisition of NUITEQ fits Clear Touch’s vision as a forward-thinking, innovation-minded technology provider. With the purchase of NUITEQ, Clear Touch will be able to continue on its fast-growing trajectory and continue providing communication solutions alongside a reliable partner.
NUITEQ and Clear Touch have successfully been collaborating for nearly a decade, during which time their renowned large scale interactive displays have integrated with the award-winning NUITEQ Snowflake and Chorus whiteboard software.
NUITEQ Snowflake is a software suite of collaborative applications, games, tools and curriculum aligned educational content for teachers and students that makes teaching and learning more fun, engaging and memorable in the classroom.
