NUITEQ® announces the release of version 2.1 of its industry leading multi-touch software product Snowflake Suite
Skellefteå, Sweden, - NUITEQ®, the award-winning multi-touch software technology company, today announced the launch of version 2.1 of its industry leading muiti-touch software platform Snowflake Suite.
The new 2.1 release comes delivered with an easy to access annotation layer that allows users to create, save and load annotations on top of every application inside Snowflake, interactive whiteboard style.
Annotations can be created on top of applications and content, from websites to 3d models and from images to PDF brochures.
The annotation layer is an ideal tool for analysis purposes, workgroup discussions and brainstorm sessions.
Another impactful tool that is now integrated, is the translation support. Snowflake now has support for every languages in the world, from Arabic to Spanish and from Mandarin to Russian.
Users can now easily edit the default texts inside Snowflake and replace them with the texts of their own language, simply by using the Configuration Editor that comes pre-installed with Snowflake.
Furthermore the application Connledge is new and improved.
It now even has support for images and videos, allowing users to create their with own custom content filled zoomable library/interface.
Also added to the new release is the cool multi-user game Alien Raiders.
In this game, you alone or with friends shoot aliens that raid the galaxy.
The nifty aspect of this application is, just like every other application inside Snowflake, that the entire look and feel of of the application can be changed, simply by replacing the default content.
This way, users can create their own uniquely branded game.
Alien Raiders comes pre-installed with a wide range of levels and users can even create their own levels.
Two other features that are included, are that users can customize the fonts that are used in Snowflake and that users now can mute audio inside Snowflake, simply by accessing the corner menus.
Furthermore general improvements and fixes were integrated to ensure that Snowflake keeps having the smooth experience users demand.
As always with new Snowflake releases, NUITEQ worked closely with its customers and partners during the beta testing process, to ensure that crucial feedback was included.
